Guest Speaker Colonel Stan Rothman Communications officer for the White Plains CAP Squadron will introduce us to Radio Direction Finding for Search and Rescue as well as Fox Hunting.

Colonel Rothman has been a ham for more years than we like to think about.  Active in EmComm with Civil Defense in Westchester County which evolved into WECA.
As a Colonel in the CAP, he is communications officer for the White Plains Squadron and Incident Commander for the state.
